The login information for your account is encrypted when the data is sent through the Internet, applying the same approach as used by large organisations. You will notice that your URL in your web browser (such as Internet Explorer) will change from HTTP to HTTPS when encryption is being applied. We have taken every reasonable precaution to prevent unauthorised access to our servers. We operate dedicated servers for both security and speed, giving us a very high level of control over access to the system.

There may be times that we need to carry out maintenance and we will advise you well in advance. We will endeavour to do this at times where there will be minimal impact on our clients and their customers.
WEB SITE DOMAIN NAMES
4holistichealth.net is a domain name (strictly speaking, the www prefix is not considered a part of the domain name although generally it is described as such). A domain name is the name that typically you would register to associate with your website, although some people purchase domain names without using them in the expectation that the name will be valuable for resale.
You can purchase a domain name from an authorised registrar as explained below.
Some organisations that register domain names also offer services to 'host' your website, however this is entirely independent of the domain name registration and you can host your website anywhere you choose (within reason). You can have a website developer to build a website and then the developer can transfer your website to the hosting company of your choice.

What are the costs of my own domain or a sub-domain on www.4holistichealth.net ?

We do not register domain names so there are no fees applied by us. The charges for your own domain name will vary depending on where you purchased/registered it and you will pay an annual fee for the use of the name. Sub-domains on 4holistichealth.net are free. Please note that you cannot use your own domain name during the trial period.
Are there any restrictions to naming a domain or sub-domain ?

If you are using your own name or registered business name or your existing trading name then it's probably a safe bet to use it as your own domain name (provided it is not already registered with another party) or as a sub-domain on 4holistichealth.net. If you try and use either a registered business name or trading name of a well-known company then you are liable to get a knock on your door from their legal representatives. As far as sub-domains are concerned, we do not allow names where there is a high chance of the name clashing with known brands. We also do not allow the use of subject names such as Pilates, Yoga etc. unless the word is extended in some way eg. MyPilates or A1Yoga etc. If you have your own domain name then we will lock out the corresponding sub-domain name on 4holistichealth.net to avoid confusion.
What happens if I choose to move to another hosting company ?

Please note that web sites hosted by 4holistichealth.net are not transferable. If you have your own domain name then you need to redirect your domain name to your new web hoster who should provide you with the necessary information. If you have a sub-domain on 4holistichealth.net then you will need to post a link to your new web site from your existing sub-domain web site and therefore you will need to maintain your sub domain on 4holistichealth.net for whatever period you require. Note. Sub domains are not registered in the same way as full domain names and therefore the manner in which sub-domains are managed differ from that of domain names.
OTHER ISSUES
Will you be placing adverts on my web site ?

A link will be placed on your site in small letters at the base of each web page; "Powered by 4holistichealth" or similar wording. The only other advertising that may be placed on your site is if you have agreed to participate in the referral program, in which case an advert for your referral organization may be placed outside and to the right of your web page - it will not encroach into the main content area of your web site.
Why does the PDF displayed on the computer screen differ from the printed result ?

This is simply because of the different mediums used to display the output. For the closest representation of the PDF please make sure that you have set the display to 100% for the correct size. The printed output will depend very much on the quality of your printer and also on the quality of the paper you use - you can have a high quality printer although the printed result may be poor if you do not use good quality stationery. You can obtain the appropriate quality stationery from most high street office suppliers.
